Welcome to Blüsh Wellness LLC! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:

Products & Use
Our herbal wellness products are intended to support general wellness and are not evaluated by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare provider before using any herbal product, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

Orders & Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Returns
Due to the nature of wellness products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact orders@myblushcare.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring billing until canceled. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us at hello@myblushcare.com.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product formulations, text, branding, and images, is the property of Blüsh Wellness LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
You agree to use our products at your own risk. Blüsh Wellness LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
