NOURISH & CLARITY (warm lattes): Mix 1 tsp (or 1 scoop) with warm milk of your choice. Add honey or sweetener if desired. For NOURISH, keep temperature under 115°F to preserve the probiotics.
ALIGN (cold brew): Add 1 scoop (1 tsp) to 8oz of milk or water and shake well — perfect for on-the-go. -
